We have a married couple, one son, his, 26, one son, hers, 15, and one child, theirs, celebrating her first birthday who are going. The "boys" need separate beds, and the couple & baby will sleep together. We don't really need a full kitchen (who wants to be chained to the kitchen on vacation?) but a fridge, micro & coffeemaker are musts. The Peacock Inn seems reasonably priced, especially for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath room. Reviews on Tripadvisor are either glowing or terrible, often on the same day! Anyone been there? Recommend or no? Any other fabulous, reasonable places you might suggest. We've done VRBO, Priceline, Craigslist, etc in the past. This just seems easiest. We don't spend alot of time in our room, but it's our first time with our baby, so I'm sure that may change. We will have a rental car. I just can't do the ART with a stroller! Thanks alot!

Residence Inn is usually fairly priced. They also have a full breakfast.
Closer to the park some of the motels/hotels do have suites. Park Vue, Carousel, Desert Inn, Desert Palms. Some are nicer than others, depends on what you really need/want.

We stayed at the Desert Palm in 2009 and while the room was a bit smaller than the Peacock it included a free breakfast.

We had 7 of us. 2 adults and 5 kids. 3 of the kids are very tall so we needed room. Never felt cramped and it is only 1/2 block from main gate.
