PLACE: 'Ohana at Polinesian resort, table for 2 against window facing Magic Kingdom (directly overlooking the "lava" main swimming pool).
    EVENT: skewers.

I want to preface something. The food was fresh and most tasty and the ambiance still one of WDW's best(my last visit to 'Ohana was 12 years back).

Facts of the case: My girl's plate was very used; her plate hosted her salad followed by asian noodles and then by 4 shrimps which fell from a skewer. By the time the chicken skewers arrived her plate was a mess and full of small scraps.
The server(friendly and helpful by the way) dislogded the boneless, skinless succulant cooked bird pieces by positioning the skewer tips DIRECTLY on my girl's very used plate. I assume that was a breach in unloading animal product from skewer to plate protocol. I noticed each skewer comes with a mini catch tray but the server did not use it on that round.

Out of say 8 or 9 unloads(crustaceans, mammal and bird) this happened just once.

If the server would have emptied the entire chicken skewer then no harm no foul but there were maybe 4 or 5 bird pieces still on it with an extreme likelihood that one of the neighboring tables would at sometime receive the remaining.

At say $50(assumes tax and tip) per hit/eater I would expect better hygiene.
