Once they have it fixed, they will be allowed to put more people in each car (25ish I think). I would assume they are just doing it this way to make sure that they don't get too many people in one, but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they kept the system if it works well. It always seems to take so long to load the Monorails, so maybe this would help make it a little faster.

Even the old window system does not look impressive, kinda like a car window. The new windows which open at the bottom, look like they were trying to keep the air turbulance from blowing in on guests and blowing things around the car. That it acheived but at a loss of air flow and cooling effect. If the old train had a temp problem, this fix will do nothing to improve the problem.
