A surprisingly huge amount of the Christmas stuff is bought new each year (trees, garlands, etc), and is newly redecorated each year too (often with new bulbs, lights, and so on). Keeps things fresh-looking that way, but boy it must be expensive. Christmas is one of those things Disneyland does oh so right.
