I also spent a year in Jellyrolls at the Boardwalk (a different kind of fun...at least what I remember of that night). There was an extra charge to be there on New Year's Eve...I'm thinking $20-$25 per couple which included a champagne toast. I know if you want to go to the parks that night you better get there early in the morning. The parks will no doubt reach capacity and will be closed to day guests at some point in the day.
