It'll take more than the Toy Story Video Game Ride-Thru to get me back over there. Maybe a new stunt show would do the trick. Can never have too many stunt shows in a theme park. Sarcasm, it does a body good.

I really enjoyed TSMM, but that did that have to do with making movies? I don't recall seeing those scenes in either movie, so it's not like they were putting me into the movie.

The O-Town teen fanbois taught them a valuable lesson with EPCOT Center's 25th. So they just worked with them on DAK's 10th and now this. Who knows maybe they can get a two-day, or even a week-long fanboi fest for WDW's 40th ... you know instead of actually doing anything themselves that involves planning, investing, spending, building, rehabbing, refreshing and cleaning. Although maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised since Leemac has also kept his arse away from this topic! ;-) <<Maybe they could turn the Big Hat into a birthday cake.>> Now you are thinking like a Sr VP of Marketing. Go pick up your Escalade and here's your company Chase Visa! I dared the fanbois on a magical site to ask Jacobson to 'tear down this hat/pinshack' ... wonder if anyone will. ~The Lottery Ticket~

I remember being there on Opening Day and how exciting that was. Met Michael Eisner for the first time (just as a lowly fan) ... also met Bob Hope (a thrill) and Colonel Klink from Hogan's Heroes. <<There weren't many attractions back then. Sadly, not much has changed.>> True. But the park was quality. And it had a unified theme and purpose. Now, it's just a mess of things related to entertainment. And even with the addition of TSMM and AIE, both of which are quality, the place still lacks so much. <<It'll take more than the Toy Story Video Game Ride-Thru to get me back over there. It isn't a WDI call. It isn't Eric's fault that either of his temporary icons have lasted longer than he anticipated.

Rock N' Roller Coaster line would involve how they get a CD out from studio to Target. Tower of Terror is needing a post show involving the old TV show more. Fantasmic should cut the canoes and add the Peter Pan scene. Beauty and the Beast should get covered and add mezzanine. More Broadway, and make a little longer, actually have Gaston falling off tower. American Idol would be cut, if they brought back Hollywoood Squares, put that in there. If not just keep it...I guess. Indiana Jones would stay put, but add a couple more stunts. Star Tours get update with George Lucas in pre-show explaining how they pieced together the movie. Muppet Vision 3-D would have post show with actual puppets, like add Jim Henson's Fantastic World to the end. Lights Motors Action would be cut and they would extend Backlot Tour with adding more about movie making, maybe a second "Canyon" like Paris... but better. Add more effects too. Magic of Disney Animation is perfect. Playhouse Disney could stay but add a character meet and greet in past Catwalk Bar. Voyage of the Little Mermaid would be cut and be taken over by a Classic Disney ride. Walt and Roy will narrate as you go through the process of animation, you will then get spit out at the Animation Academy. The Animation Academy's spot right now would include a character meet and greet with Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Sounds Dangerous would include a movie of how they make 4-D movies hosted by the Pixar Characters. The Great Movie Ride would stay put. Hunchback stage would get a Live action Fantasia, but with words here and there. Pixar would recieve an exhibit on the history of Pixar in the spot where the "Lighting" sign is. Toy Story Midway Mania would be moved to Fantasyland and that spot would include a rollercoaster...thrugh your favorite action movies. Armageddon, Indiana Jones, and others would be included. As you can see, this would mean the Pixar studios theme would be dropped. The end of the ride would slowly move your car through the "Sound Stages" with props and costumes used in the movies in the ride. In back of Backlot tour there would be a new ride explaining how stop-motion animation would be done. This would go through differernt scenes from The Nightmare Before Christmas. The end post show will have a stop motion class which wopuld ionclude letting you make your own clay figure for a stop motion film. It would also include a zoetrope with Nightmare Before Christmas Characters. There would also be a soundstage somewhere in the park used for T.V. shows to be allowed to film here. Live with Regis and Kelly, The View, Hannah Montana, etc. So there you go. I have more ideas, but I'm in school and my period just ended!

I would like to see them expand Pixar Place and fix up the back lot tour and maybe add some more muppet attractions, sure. But I still can't just throw away the whole park. The stunt shows are good and TSMM, RNRC, ToT are great first quality rides. I can't see why everyone just writes off this park.
