I was thinking it could be one of several things which could also be used at the WDW skyway building as well. One is a meet and greet for fantasyland charecters. This would make good use of the building as it is not very big at all and the stairs could be ramped to meet ada requirements and be the line. It could also be used as a samll gift shop maybe like a pintrading store. although I think all the stairs may turn some people off to walking all the way up the stairs to go to a store. the biggest idea could be a candy shop as i think it's too small to be a full fledge resturant as there would be no room really and the building would need to be rebuilt to house a kitchen. the candy shop could be called the old hags and specoalise in selling candy apples. What do you guys think??? any other ideas???

It would give the perfect spot for the princess storytelling, and would be out of the way enough that it would be a little more quiet than some locations. I would picture it with the entrance where the stairs are now, but leading into a balcony overlooking the lower floor of the store. There could also be a "tunnel" through the hill (or just down the side of the existing access road between FL and the ranch) to allow wheelchair access to the lower floor, with an elevator inside the store to go upstairs. It wouldn't be anything too fancy, but a nice quiet corner that would really add a lot of detail to the park. I'm not sure if there is really anything that could be done with the TL station, but I feel like that would be a lot more difficult to do, as there is very little room to work with there, and the station is very high above the ground.

The berm is really thick at that point and there is some space behind - and, in my opinion, the Festival Arena/ Celebration Ranch area should be incorporated into it. It's pretty useless as it is now...

Why couldn't the ranch and Festival Arena be implemented into the whole thing (which is what I meant in the first place)? Seems to me it's a lot of wasted space.
