Our experience this year was the worst we have had with ANY of the wheelchair companies down by Disneyland. What a difference a few years make! In the past they kept a file on their customers=the kind of wheelchair we needed, etc. When we made the reservation the gal did not speak enough English to be on the phone, and we repeated everything multiple times. We ended up with the wrong size scooter that could not hold a battery and the wheelchair that we also ordered was sent with a flat tire! In the past if we had a problem with the equipment that we rented we were able to get a hold of someone from Deckert's right away and the situation was fixed within an hour. This time with BOTH pieces of equipment WRONG, we had to leave a message and someone got back to us HOURS later. We missed a lot of Disney time, which is what we were there for. Eventually the scooter was replaced as well as the wheelchair=but the wheelchair they dropped off was for a CHILD and one side of the chair was missing (so you could scoop a child out of a side of the chair). By the time DECKERT'S got the right chair delivered it was too late and we were checking out that morning. On our next trip we will NOT be using Deckert's. I don't know what has happened to this company but they have certainly gone downhill.
