We had late seating during the voyage, so made our reservation for roughly the same time we would have been going to the regular dining room...that way our routine was the same each night with catching the theater show prior to dining. As ar as the menu goes, I think it may change on a regular basis. You really can't go wrong with your selection, though. It's a wonderful dining experience. I second Meg's recommendation, the souffle is heaven. On our first cruise, we didn't even order it...our server told us while we were eating that he had put in the order for us saying we HAD to try it. We then, of course, enjoyed that along with another dessert of our choosing to share with our table of four. Have a wonderful trip! ºoº
