Mind you it's all done in a good fun, but you'd never see someone doing that in the States.

They are CHARACTERS, they are supposed to be crazy. These are imaginary Characters, they can do anything. Disney, & Disney fans need to quit being so anal, and lighten up. Mickey was merely entertaining the crowds, which is his job, he's not hurting anyone.
