As far as Mickey's costumes, they're probably not substantially different than the costumes that the human parade performers wear. They may very well be made in-house, but I'm not sure.

I understand what you're saying about the likes of Cinderella and Snow White, being played by cast members that not only have highly-tailored dresses, but makeup and wigs to fit the characters. But as far as Mickey goes, he's a mouse. He was born with a mouse head. The only "costume" he puts on is what he's going to wear that day, which often fits with whatever event or parade he appears in.
