I suggest prioritizing attractions that are exclusive to DL (ie: Matterhorn, Indy, Subs, Pinocchio, etc) and put the rides that can be experienced in Florida at the bottom of your list, depending on how much time you have. DCA is a lot of fun and is now one of the best and most unique Disney theme parks there is. The place is even smaller than Disneyland, but there's lot to do and its modern layout and wider pathways make it easier to navigate around than the park next door. Your best option for RSR is to hit it at the end of the day and do single rider if your traveling party is small. Otherwise you'll have to be in line to get in the park before 8am to avoid the 30 wait for Fastpasses which will be gone by 10am. If you are staying on site you can simply do Magic Morning, which breezes you in without much of a wait at all. In fact we did all three Cars Land attractions in one hour on our visit. Have fun!

In DCA, obviously the carsland attractions, Screamin', Monsters, the great animation building, and definitely see WOC.

Great queue and cool effects on the ride itself.
