Looks good to me - theatre very interesting - can't wait to see the attraction in action! :)

Sure it'll be impressive -- the first time ... maybe the first half dozen times, but how much repeatability? I haven't been to see the Indy stuntshow in at least 5-6 years and only went then because I was entertaining guests.

Some REAL attractions would be nice.

I'm sure this will blow my socks off on my first viewing, but I won't be to into it after that. I highly doubt 13-30 year old girls, and even males, will be making additional trips to the "Loud Cars"

Another example of good money chasing after bad. What is so complicated with designing the next Indy? Universal did it. This stunt show is going to cost them money to keep operating and then sooner rather then later, they are going to have this huge empty arena in the upper-middle of the park. Maybe they'll be able to bring back Chicken Little 4-5 years from now and can stage a musical.

Actually no. In Paris, only one car is painted red, and the rest of them are black. There is a cameo by Herbie the Love Bug, which may or may not be in the MGM show, but with that new movie with L. Logan that is almost a given.

As for the Motors show...I wonder if the show will be presented as originally intended to in Paris (before the Fire Marshalls went in and told Disney off) or if the deleted water jet skis sequence will be a part of this presentation.

The smart money would have to say no.

Other press releases about LMA! since then have also mentioned jet-skis from time to time, so I imagine the sequence will in fact be part of the Florida show.

QUOTE from disneyworld.com: "Get ready for extreme thrills as this full-throttle, high-octane live stunt spectacular comes roaring in from Walt Disney Studios Paris as part of the Happiest Celebration On Earth. Engines rev, tires screech and adrenaline kicks into overdrive as a series of highly orchestrated stunts, specially designed cars, motorcycles and jet skis and amazing pyrotechnics give you a behind-the-scenes look at how action stunts are created for the movies."

This show is really going to change the dynamics at MGM. The New York Street area will be quite noisy from time to time while all of those stunts and reving engines kick in. Not a good thing in my book.

    *****SPOILERS*******

In the grand finale, the red (hero) car jumps through an explosion over the water towards the audience. The jet skis were taken out when the car missed and crashed into the water area. They then installed a safety bridge and it became impossible to use the jet skis. They may have redesigned this for WDW.

Folks, - to me this show is one of the most awesome things Disney has ever created. My wife (who is not really into cars) also loves it. Wait and see.

BTW - the black vs red cars work with the Show's sets and story.

True. The show is quite good and impressive as done in WDSP. It always bothers me there seems to be an element of danger as it is extreme in nature. I just hope they never ever do have a nasty accident especially during a live perfomance with an audience. Which makes me ask... are they bringing drivers from the Paris crew to train here? How were the drivers for MGM's version hired, or what requirement did Disney ask for in the concideration of their hiring?? I feel the way I drive down I-4 should make me more than qualified to do this show myself.
