I then stood there as she constantly apologized to the many people standing in line and also asking if their Whip was made to their satisfaction! I work in a financial institution and I deal with people all day long. I know first hand how a spiteful word can really break your spirit but no matter how bad your day is, if you get someone who takes the extra moment to acknowledge the service you give it will make up for all of that other bad stuff. I am glad to hear what you did AZDLDad! The cast members really do a great job and they need to be recognized and thanked for what they do. Sure they get paid for being there but it is their helpful ways and positive attitude that makes you forget that these people are doing a job. Even for that cast member you meet that may not be so cheerful, give him/her a kind comment and it will really help brighten their day. Kudos to you AZDLDad for remembering the cast members and extra Kudos to all of you that in or around the park that really putds the magic into the Magic Kingdom.
