I did remove the hood as it is only attached by a simple magnet and I was concerned about it being a choking hazard. I selected a basic car body for him with no attachment but a fun sound chip. He loves the flashing headlights and music it plays. Also didn't get a radio control so he could push it around. Perhaps in a couple of years I'll add the radio control. Great toy!
