And even though the line is usually out the door, it goes by pretty fast! Never had to wait longer than about 5-10 min at the most.

The only thing I am not happy with is the smell of burnt bread while standing in line. I'm sure it's hard not to burn the crumbs (think toaster leavin's), but it really triggers my asthma when I'm inside.

It does amaze me how long the queue can be at times, but I think that's due in part to the lack of counter service places in DTD (or in the case of Napolini, lack of it being clear that it's counter service). If there were 2-3 more places along those lines, I think the queues would be much shorter

The only times I've eaten there, there have been pretty long lines (out the door) and it was probably at least 15 minutes from when I got in line until I had my food, but I was waiting to meet up with people and had nowhere else to be, so I didn't mind. If I was there just to eat, I probably wouldn't be too excited about that wait

Personally, I believe Quiznos is better. It just wasn't the amazing experience people have made the place out to be. Maybe it was the line? Maybe it was because the wait for the sandwich was longer than it should have? Maybe because it was so packed? One thing was for certain, the price wasn't very good. I guess that is to be expected at DTD. It was tourist priced.

I agree DTD need more counter service places. They need a food court.
