My final project for the term is a visual presentation (think Powerpoint) adapted from any subject I've already written about. Since the first paper met with applause I'm sticking with Disneyland for the final project. This is where I need your help. I had an idea of presenting "man-on-the-street" interview clips of adults in Disneyland. I was thinking short clips of folks telling why they go to DL and return to DL again and again...with or without their kids (if they have any). The point of my argument is to show that adults can have a good time there and there are enough options for their entertainment and, again, that it is designed not just for children. This is the rough plan I am rolling around in my head. DH & I are visiting DLR in Jan '08 but this project is due in December so I cannot conduct the interviews or shoot the footage myself. :-( If there is anyone out there that frequents DL often, has a camcorder that they know how to use and process clips like what I've mentioned and if you would be willing to help me with this project please let me know...as soon as possible. I know this is asking a lot for someone you don't even know. I'd be willing to compensate you but we'd need to discuss that off-board. Again, I know it's asking a lot and the holidays are looming on us all so no worries if this doesn't fly I will think of something else. If anyone has any other ideas of how I could present this theme in a visual way I'm open for suggestions and ideas! Thanks very, very much in advance!! Tina (the DW 1/2 of p-n-p06)
