Can you ride in the cab of the train?

    All you do is ask a Conductor when you get there. They will then ask the Engineers if it is ok that you ride up there with them. You can only board at Main Street Sation and you have to do a round trip. You might have to wait a bit, but it is worth it. Have fun!

    Ask for a "tender run" and they will know you are an insider. You will indeed be seated on the front of the tender, but you can see all the activity going on in the very small cab. The engineers and firemen are very nice and enjoy showing the kids (even the BIG kids) how the trains are run.
