    1. Cheap

    2. Nice

I know of several of both places but I figured many may not so I'll start it off with a list of cheap places and 1 nice restraurant I've wanted to try but haven't had the chance yet.

    Cheap
    1. Del Taco - Katella near the i-5
    2. CoCo's - across from DCA and has unlimited juice
    3. Hometown buffet - on Katella west past DL about 3/4 of a mile in the foodmax parking lot.

    Nice
    1. There's are Carribean restraurant on oragnewood? right behind the disney parking structure. I'm going to try it this next trip.

    2. Claim Jumper - right next to Knotts Berry Farm. Great food hefty portions, prices aren't too bad either.

If anyone has other suggests please let me know and continue adding on.

For those who don't have one near them, Outback Steakhouse is also in the area.

Cheap, the Top of Chinese Buffet at 512 E. Katella, about 4 miles east of the DLR.

Just over $10, and includes all you can eat crab legs!!!!!!!! Going there tonight :)

And you can find coupons in the local tourist magazines.

Even if you don't have a car, you can take the Harbor Blvd bus (OCTA route 43) to get there.

I've been to a couple other Beppo's. I would agree except ... if you do not exercise restraint, it can get expensive fairly easily :)

Definitely a good place to go if you have a large party!

On days we had a big lunch in the park (BB, etc.) we just grabbed something at Mickey D's on the walk back to HoJo's.

Salt & Pepper (local family restaurant.. huge portions, good breakfasts.. you want a 3.99 special? go here not your hotel.. trust me!) regular breakfast like the chicken fried steak is something you won't need to worry about lunch for.. very filling. get your walking shoes on, you'll be needing to walk a LOT after a S&P breakfast.. =) cheeseburgers are 'oh my heck' delicious! western potatoes are great too.. My only complaint: I've yet to ever have room for dessert!!! grrrrrrr.

    Buena Park (near Knotts):
Philly's Best (cheesesteaks & TastyKakes & hoagies.. but don't expect the Italian to be anything like a Chickie's special.. it's not! LOL)
Chili's (lowfat options on the menu)
Portillo's Dogs (just opened during the ANAHEIM Angels series a couple weeks ago.. great cheeseburgers and I guess the hotdogs are very popular.. salads are HUGE!)

    Fullerton:
    Yoshinoya
    L&L Hawaiian BBQ
    SuperMex (happy hour is happy!)
    In N Out Hamburgers
Amazon meat buffet I hear is good but we haven't been..
    downtown Fullerton:
Olde Ship (English Pub type place, several pub dishes and they have CIDER on tap!!! whoo hoo.. doesn't take much to please me folks!)
Spaedra (near the Fullerton train depot)
Rutabagor's (lots a veggie options!) if you can manage to get in when it's actually open (yet to have that luck ourselves!)
another place.. downtown Fullerton can't recall the name.. lots of train stuff and a family feel to it.. has great cheeseburgers and stuff.. reasonable and they had Star Wars lotto scratchers in a machine there (we eat there whenever we go to the Fullerton Railroad days.. so someone might need to clue me in.. it's near main street.. uh.. nevermind).

    Orange:
Pasta Pomodoro (yum! spinach salad and mostly healthy options.. capalini is great and you can get wheat pasta substituted if you are on low carb..usually).
Todai buffet (for sushi, shabu shabu and other fun stuff)
