Originally Posted By berol The 6 year-old is legal with a seat belt. Some taxis and limos either have them or will provide on advance request. If the 3 year-old is 40+ pounds, a booster seat works.

Limos are very uncomfortable, IMHO, anyway. I believe taxis wait at the hotel (they do at GCH and DLH), but if not, it's very quick and easy to arrange a pick-up.

A taxi from the DLR area to Knott's is about $15 plus tip, maybe a bit more depending on traffic. I recommend just taking the public bus, LA Metro route 460 goes from the main Bus Stop on Harbor next to the tram loading area to Knott's in about 20 minutes (it is an express bus), $1.25 per adult one way, and the bus runs about every 30 minutes most of the day and evening.
