And, don't we all always wish were were at Disneyland instead? LOL. I'm sure "wrapping up" and realizing that there is only one more week is somewhat conflicting - very exciting and scary all at the same time but I'm still thrilled for you and hope you are too. Two things come to mind. I hope you don't mind me sharing them. First, I'm reminded of a Maya Angelou quote. She said, "Life loves to be taken by the lapel and told: 'I am with you kid. Let's go.'" The other is a story I heard on the Today show one morning from Kelly Corrigan, a cancer survivor (she runs a website called "circus of cancer"). I may not be remembering it in exact detail but she told a story about growing up with her dad (her biggest supporter and fellow cancer survivor). When she was a kid he would get her out of bed in the morning with this little routine: he would come into her room, throw open the windows and shout out "HELLO WORLD!". Then, in a little voice, he'd pretend to be the world answering back and say "Hello, Georgie". He'd then respond and yell back, "I'M COMING TO GET YOU WORLD!" and then the world would say, "Come and get me, Georgie!" Her dad would then turn to her and say "Let's go get em!" That's what I think of when I think of the wonderful adventure ahead of you. So... Go get 'em, ajnhollysmommy!
