It's just so sad.People are already putting up places for us to drop stuff off. There were also some fires in the Stillwater ares. This Oklahoma state Unversity area. They luckly didn't get it as bad. I am just 20 miles Northwest from Midwest City, it was scary to now that we were so close and yet so far.

GO when the authorities give you the word, and if you even think the fire is going to come your way be prepared to make the decision yourself, fires move fast and create their own winds. And once you've been evac'd DO NOT come back into the area until the fire department officials have cleared the area for reentry. If you prepare early you won't be rushing around at the last minute. I should have changed my screen name to "Smokey" for this post.

The first one was close enough that I actually did pack the irriplacables and had the next to the door ready to throw in the trucks and run. That was a scarey couple of days!
