From LimitedTimeMagic.com. Walt Disney World...

It's Fairies Week at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and Tinker Bell's coming in for a landing. And wouldn't you know it, some fellow Disney Fairies are flying in for the occasion too! Head over to Tinker Bell's Magical Nook, where Tink will be joined by a few friends making surprise appearances. You could meet Iridessa, Rosetta, Silvermist, Fawn, Vidia… maybe even Terence, the Pixie Dust-keeper himself!

I have no idea how many fairies are regularly on display in WDW, but I expect they've done a better job of keeping the numbers up, since there seems to be a bigger formal meet & greet culture from the guests. That said, there's something about the name "Tinkerbell's Magical Nook" that just doesn't quite seem right...

Maleficent is a fairy, though. An evil fairy. Maybe they should send Maleficent to Pixie Hollow for a little Limited Time Magic! She could teach those little fairy friends of Tinker Bell's a thing or two...!

Yes I remember that. They don't still do that? What do they use that area for then? They need to take that fairy area down, especially if they aren't even using it. Why don't they have a meet and greet with actual interesting characters, like King Triton?????

Woah! Hang on, I can't think clearly right now because I just blew my mind.

(And Constance, I am certain that Terence will be keeping his shirt on. So... down girl!)

The are is still used as a Tink meet and greet, but instead of meeting 2 random faries before meeting Tink, you now only meet one (Rosetta, apparently). For a while they had one fairy at the first station, and two at the second (Tink and Vidia, Tink and Terrance, or Tink and her wintery sister whose name I can't remember), but it appears that they've reverted to only having one character at each spot, and stopped rotating through all of the other sidekicks at the first location.

I never go to Pixie Hollow out of my own volition, so it doesn't impact my visit in any way, but it's a shame that they're telling us to get excited about something that was standard just a couple years ago
