Hopefully, a decent park company will purchase the parks and turn them around quickly. One of the reportedly interested companies mentioned in other articles is Herschend Family Entertainment, owners and operators of Silver Dollar City and Dollywood, among other properties. If they get control of the parks, expect some nice changes to occur!

Kent Buescher tried, but the triple hurricane of 05 and no insurance pay out got him... at least its still open today, with the Florida historic starliner too.

Originally Posted By figment1986 Nope it has changed more times than 2 owners. Original owners, then HB&J, then Busch Entertainment, then management bought it, then it closed and eventually sold it to Kent Buescher. Finally we have today. Shame, its a great park with a lot of Florida history.
