I was literally the ONLY person waiting on the platform in DTD. Got into TL at 10:00, went over to Main St. and got a cookie and cocoa and sat on the big porch listening to the music and nibbling my cookie. Light crowds. Wandered over and watched Fantasmic, went on IJ, and left.

They really know how to capture the Christmas spirit with decorating. I too only go for a little while on some days. It's nice to just wander around doing your own thing on yourown time. I might go today and do just that.. Thanks for the update MD.

Maybe next year!!

You paid for the right to visit DL any time during the year, for as long as you want. There was no stipulation that you need to spend X number of hours there. If there's fault anywhere, it's with Disney for getting greedy and selling so many cheap SoCal passes that the parks are now horribly overcrowded.

We left because it was VERY crowded. We expected it so it was no big deal. The decorations got me all excited for the holidays! Unfortunately I had to park in the Buzz Lightyear lot and the whole parking system wasn't coordinated very well when we got there. BUT that's what we got for going on a holiday.
