This was Anthony's birthday and he turned 12. The park opened at 10am on Saturday. After parking in Mickey and friends, and riding the tram, we arrived at the front gate at 9:40am, and they were already letting people in. Our first stop was at guest relations where we got Anthony a birthday sticker (they were out of buttons). We headed over to Soarin over Ca. They let us in and we got right on without any wait. We headed over to Seasons of the Vine for the Visa Meet and greet, only to find out that they had no photographer at that time. We walked over to Mulholland madness, again no line. We rode it 3 times. We didn't even have to exit, there was nobody in line. We went on the orange stinger, and decided we would head back to the Meet and greet. Along the way the Dream team awarded us with Dream Fastpasses(We never used them because we never encountered any lines). The kids rode the golden Zephyr and each one had a rocket all to themself. The photographer finally arrived so the guys got to play around with Chip and Dale for a while. http://www.disneyphotopass.com /photoshareviewer.aspx?share=a701d55d-792d-4f82-9856-8c81257ee110We went on tower of terror, again no line. We watched the Aladdin Show. We sat down in the front and realized that even though we've seen it many times, gives you a different feeling of the show and is amazing from wherever you sit. We went through the animation bilding and we were hypnotized by the amazing Toy Story zoetrope. Folks, you have to see this! We saw Turtle Talk with Crush, Muppet Vision and Tough to be a Bug (which scared Anthony, but I thought was hilarious). The day was beautiful, and everyone wished him a happy birthday throughout the day. We ate at the rainforest Cafe, We made Priority seating ressies, so they sat us immediately. When we came back to the park, there were qite a few people, so we set out in search of all the hidden mickies with the book we picked up from world of Disney . Unfortunately, the tortilla Factory was closed, but after we toured the bread factory, the mariachi group sang happy birthday to my son. http://www.msnusers.com/rh8pga bvc9daujcct2ej5lomf6/Documents/Pictures%2FCopy%20of%20Mariachi.JPG At night we watched the electric parade (my fave) while drinking hot chocolate. And that was the end to our day at California adventure.http://www.msnusers.com/rh8pga bvc9daujcct2ej5lomf6/Documents/Pictures%2FIMG%5F2147.JPG

My older son is looking forward to going to Disneyland for his birthday (he'll be 15). I will write part 2-our Disneyland trip when we return. We are going on Saturday February 16.
