You are never going to get full book price and market value is usually 20-30% of book. Commons will need to be sold in large lots and you will not get much money for them either. Unless you have some top dollar cards, dont expect much from them. Good luck!

I'm going to be taking them to the baseball card shop on Main Street to see how much they can give me.
