Does anyone know more about this supposed 'flat rate' fee and if it a set thing or is there really no such thing? Thanks ~ getting close to our trip and need to get the transportation part done.

In all the trips we've taken from there, we only had one driver argue about the fare after we were all loaded in. We figured it was "almost even" because we just tipped him less that we normally would have so went with him anyway. When you exit the airport after picking up your luggage, you simply walk straight out and walk across the crosswalk and there are a ton of taxis right there, van taxis too for larger groups. Right at the corner is a kind of podium and a man who helps you get the cab if you need it. One of the easiest airports ever! It is true that coming back is more money. Be sure to call ahead for the ride back too, at least an hour. Have a great trip!

I then re-emailed them and asked what their RT price was as our initial transportation may not now happen. This time they quoted $75.00 RT for a private van. Soooo...we will now be taking the shuttle and not have to worry about any changes in fares. Thanks everyone for your comments and help! 2 weeks to go. Just went and bought all our Halloween costumes for the 19th!

Worth it for me not to use the shuttle and stopping so many places. Once on the shuttle my sister and I ended up with a bunch of people who were going home from the airport and we had quite the trip around the area before getting to our hotel! I just wanted to get to DL! Anyway- have a great time. I have 67 days until DL and it's killing me.....
