And I aslo think that there should be some really cool and "noticable" lighting effects. All the lighting effects, like the stobes on the globe barge are hard to notice during the show. They should add some underwater lights around the lagoon that can change colors. These would add something really interesting to the show.

When i was at the park last week and saw the show i heard people talking to each other during that part. If the globe was bigger and the video was more clear i bet you any money that more people would understand the show a little better and maybe would stop talking during that part in the show If they cant make the earth globe bigger at least add some other interesting effects during that part aside from the fountains. Like maybe some underwater lighting effects. This would make that very long scene more appealing and interesting to the spectators. For me, being a Theatrical Lighting Designer they show lacks in lighting. What lighting it has is hard to notice. It would be nice to utilize the lights that they used to use for Tapesrty of Nations and Taperstry of Dreams parades. You know the ones on the retractable pipes on the roofs if the pavillons and the ones ont he light post around the promanade. I think using these lights to light up the promanade would pull the spectators into the show. Maybe adding some motorized lights that would shine on the earth globe and the fountains would be neat as well. The stobe lights that are around the bottom of the Earth globe are very hard to see from certain locations. Maybe using a larger stobe with more power would make them more notciable from everywhere. They right now as many features that could be worked on. I think the most important one is to figure out a way to make the globe bigger without sinking the barge.

So they'd have to come up with some kind of incredible shrinking and growing mechanism to make the globe any bigger, and that would be pretty tough to do given the current complexity of the projection equipment. I like the suggestion about the lighting effects, tho. . .
