Unfortunately, I had forgotten to put out the tag that said to clean our room early, so it had not been cleaned. The maid was there and said it would be about 20 minutes so we went and sat by the pool. Then we went to the room and the boys were wanting to swim. David went and sat by the pool with the boys- I was the only one who napped. Oh, I guess Tucker stayed at the room with me to finish a game he had started on his Nintendo DS on the trip up. Somehow it didn't seem right to be playing Nintendo but I wasn't going to argue. We then headed back to DCA- they rode Screamin while Nathan and I covered Flik's Fun Fair. William and Samuel then used mine and Nathan's FP for Screamin. We then had a very short line for the stationary Sunwheel cars- and were able to see much of the Block Party Bash from up high. We went to check on Monster's Inc. again ( too long) and went to Muppet 3D and I think to talk to Crush ( there is some disagreement among the boys as to whether the order of these events is accurate- I tried to explain that it doesn't really matter). It really isn't a good idea to try and write a trip report with 5 other people giving their input! I have always wanted to try a turkey leg, so I bought one for us all to share at DCA. It was eaten like I am sure they were meant to be eaten- grubby hands coming from all directions to tear off hunks. It was gone in a flash. The boys headed over to explore Redwood Creek while David and I went to the Grand Californian to fill our refillable mugs with hot chocolate. This is one of my most favorite things to do- sit in Redwood Creek, drinking hot chocolate, listening to all the sounds while the boys run off some energy. David isn't crazy about it because he thinks we need to be riding rides, but he humors me. William and Samuel then wanted to go back to GRR. It was chilly by then and they had a hard time talking an older person into going with them- thank you Tucker! We then went over to DL to wait for Fireworks. I found a bench in front of the Plaza Pavillion for us to sit on. David and Tucker went to gather up food for dinner for everybody- some had chimichangas, some corn dogs and I decided to try a DL turkey leg so I could compare ( we all liked the DCA one better- ooh, reminds me I have the rest of it in the frig here.). After we ate, David ran back to the hotel and got a blanket for us and the video camera ( gotta love staying at BWPPI). He was going to go get us cream cheese filled pretzels, but it was going to be a while before they were ready and he would risk missing the fireworks. The fireworks were great. We staked out our seats for quite a while but others just walked up and stood on the street there in front of us before they started. I guess you don't really have to stake out seats. After this, Nathan was really tired. We barely got him awake for the fireworks ( he had fallen asleep in the stroller). We had to let him play games on Tucker's phone to keep him awake. Then a strange thing happened. We saw some girls from our home town in Oklahoma. We go to a small church that runs a bus for youth on Wednesday nights. These girls come only on Wed. nights. One of them got ahold of Tucker's IM address one time and started IMing him pictures ( we have had a talk since then about being careful who you give your address/name to and who you accept as a "friend". I think I have all that lingo right.) Anyway, Tucker calls one of the girls "stalker girl" and here she shows up in California! They called his name, but to his great relief, they did not follow us around or anything. They are not really the types I would think would go on vacation to DL- in fact, I didn't even know they were related! Anyway, I thought Nathan was sound asleep, but when I mentioned that we still had Buzz FP, he popped awake! We all rode it without FP because there was no wait. Then Nathan and I rode it again while the others went on Star tours. Nathan and I headed back to the hotel and the other 4 rode Buzz again using 4 of the FP. Then William and Tucker walked backed to the hotel and Sam and Dad used the final 2 Buzz FP. Phew, I think that is everything. Now it is back to the park for me and William to join the others who left a few minutes ago.

I'm glad they just went on their way. I'm really enjoying reading your reports. We have 4 kids too, they are all grown now but I can really relate to a lot of what you are posting
