Click on the properties to see info about them. Has anyone here ever visited any of these places? I know there are several here who probably live rather close to these places :)

This is more of an express version of the Here and Now Edition:

Anyone up to make a LP Collector's Edition of Monopoly?
-Doobie & Rebekah get Boardwalk and Park Place
    -Jail replaced by World Events
-Chance and C.Chest replaced by Trip Reports and Meets
-Railroads replaced by Churros, Popcorn, Dole Whips and Turkey Legs
-Utilities replaced by Winter Bash and LP Radio

I have visited Sydney, New York, London, Hong Kong, Paris, Rome.

Looks like fun! I'd much rather have one like this with an electronic payment system, since I ALWAYS end up getting stuck being the banker ...

I still would like to play with someone and follow the actual rules; my family and I never did the money-for-Free-Parking thing, but the one rule that I have never done was that if someone doesn't buy the property that they land on, it goes up for auction.

If you play by the rules with 4 players, two players are out after 30 minutes, the remaining two players keep at it for about 17 hours.

5BR - I love your LP Monopoly idea. Too funny! My favorite is World Events replacing jail.

I never played the auction way growing up, buy my DH did so I have tried it and I prefer not doing the auctions, but maybe that is just because that is what I am used to.

And does anybody know how they came up with the cities. It makes sense that they would want some variety in them, but Montreal as Boardwalk?! Really?! The whole game seems very Canada-friently, so I'm guessing it was made there. Also, please tell me I'm not the only one whose never even heard of Gdynia...

Or POTC:AWE once! (Sorry, I've been listening to too many LPPodcasts recently)

It's a great idea, I like seeing much of the world represented.. of course I'm annoyed that Sydney made the board and not Melbourne :( But it looks good, I especially love the range of moving pieces, very cute!
