    Thanks for the help!

It very well be less than a stand-by on Space Mountain by then.

In the week between Christmas and New Years you won't be able to get as many fast passes because most will be gone by noon, and you usually have to get them 2 hours apart. (Unless you get one of the really early ones for only an hour later) So, you'll be spending lots of time in standby lines anyway.

Over the summer Nemo wasn't open for EE, yet the line filled up fast. Usually the line at 11am was shorter than it was at 8am right when the park opened (because of the EE people filling the lines). Good Luck!!

So, what's the deal with early entry...they just let guests queue up until the park officially opens?

Early Entry starts at 7 AM, or only 5 and 1/2 hours after the ride closed for the day. The Subs need maintenance and cleaning.

As I understand it, they try and have at least a few subs up and running as soon as possible in the morning, and that can be before 8 AM, but things still need maintenance.

So you should find it operating in the first hour, but no guarantees.

I was there in June the week after it opened so I'm not totally up to date on how it is behaving. But I was able to get in line in the mid-afternoon and had less than a 90-minute wait. I also when at about 11:30 PM (just before closing) and had only a 40 minute wait.

My strategy would be to take advantage of EE for everything in Fantasyland unless there is nothing that intests you there. Then wait out the early morning surge that goes to Nemo and get in the afternoon, or if you can stay up late, later in the day when the young ones will be leaving.
