I know Doobie isn't making the T-shirts anymore, but is there something else to wear so LPers can find each other?

On Disboards they wear a lime green mickey, is there something similar for LP that I don't know about?

I have a good idea of what quite a few friends of mine on here look like, but there are probably quite a lot of folks who look similar. Plus some of them keep changing their hair color!

You'd have to know for sure you're planning on seeing them at a specific location, then you'll have a good idea it's probably them. My favorite location is DLR ;)

The LP buttons/badges I agree I don't think are still made unless you request one? Dave I know used to carry them just in case he ever ran into somebody from LP who wanted one. I remember they used to make custom ones for the big meet but don't know if they still do. Then again, TeddiBubbles's idea might work too ;)

If they're still making the shirts, I like that idea too :)

For a minute I thought I was going to see a link to LuLu's gallery on here. ;)

I'm kind of liking teddibubbles idea.
Maybe I'll do a lime green LP with tape next to my lime green Mickey on my my backpack.

I should just know that the LPer's are the ones who look like they know what they're doing, know where they're going, riding the most rides, saving the most money and having the best time : )

The best way to meet LPers is to set up a meet in the Meet Section. It's very easy, and can be done without creating a lot of nerves about meeting strangers from the internet.

Typically, you would want to pick a place and time to gather. You pick and announce it, otherwise it's hard to get a decision made. A good meeting spot is the Partner's Statue. Arrive a few minutes early, allow about 10-15 minutes for people to show up, then plan to all ride something together. Pirates is a really good choice.

You have the time while waiting for everyone to introduce yourselves, time in line to visit a little and then the ride.

Having a specific plan like this cuts down on the awkwardness and gives folks an easy out after the ride. You can give a wave and say, "good to meet you!", you can make plans to spend more time with people, or you can simply melt away, LOL

Unless you spend a lot of time emailing and using instant messengers, but if you feel more comfortable you can always arrange a chat room with fellow LPers. Discussing it though together in the meets section as SuzieQ suggested is easier I think too. =)

What always worked best for me since I could never afford to go in the park much or at all, was meeting at Downtown Disney. Usually by the Rainforest Cafe.

And to some friends of mine who came all the way from inside the park to meet me (and Mom) there at night on two separate occasions, thank you very much! DisneyGurl, NAPC, MissCandice, MrNiceGuy, BrownMonkey and others I can't remember offhand (sorry!).

Hi, SoThisIsLove. AlexBook is right, that topic (with link) is in the Community Section, but I don't think LuLu's works on the original one anymore. I believe there is a new gallery thats been up for awhile and I believe it's SmugMug now?

Anyway heres the link (I got it from her profile) to the original gallery if you're interested:

    <a href="http://www.MyAds.com/LP" target="_blank">http://www.MyAds.com/LP</a>

And if you click on page 1 on the far right, you'll some very "LP Gallery Nostalgic" photos of LPers, some even "haven't heard from in ages" LPers.
