    At a Disney Studios media event today Disney studio chief Dick Cook announced Johnny Depp would be starring as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's upcoming film Alice in Wonderland.&nbsp;Doug has also sent in pictures of the Bolt walkaround characters on <a href="Live.asp" target="_blank">LP Live</a>.

    I couldn't bring myself to see Sweeney Todd .. and there are other Burton/Depp films that were just too depressing.

    Their version of Sleepy Hallow! EEK!!!

    I wondered about the smoking caterpillar too! It's too much a part of his character to just remove.
