Somehow it makes me feel better, and it's nice when friends go and find it when they visit the parks.

I hope they replace this program with something similar.

phruby - grave markers ... maybe the ashes from cremation under the bricks??? It's a thought but doesn't seem very Disney - good thing you were joking ... but maybe ...

when they were first designing DCA, they had plans to have a fountain in the center. I think it would be really nice to have some center piece in the middle. I have a lot of cool idea for some types of fountains...i just hate how boring it looks, just a big stretch of concrete...

Where are the newly-sponsored bricks located? Are they closer to DCA or DL?

(Note to Disney: If that happens, it'd be cool if we could purchase the actual brick and take it home, rather than have it gone forever).

Apparently, after the fact this was brought to Paul Pressler's attention, so he arranged to have HIS brick placed ahead of brick #1. So, it's actually brick ZERO. And, it is the only one that is awkwardly wedged into the border of the first section. (Which makes it easier to find for... whatever reason.)

You can actually see what it was - it's at HKDL.

It's Mickey on a surfboard, which kinda makes sense in California and in front of DCA.

    At HKDL......not so much!
