Food locations open during Halloween Party?

    I'm wondering what "dining" or snack food locations are open during the Halloween party. I know when it was at DCA it was Taste Pilots, Award Weiners, Burrbank and the coffee house and some carts. I like to know ahead of time so I don't hike over hoping for a snack and find that it's closed.
