So what do you make of this? Fire Department personnel are saying that a man dressed like a priest appeared out of nowhere at this accident scene and helped save this girl. They say they had the perimeter blocked for two miles and no one could have gotten through, yet out of the blue this man appears and then disappears once she was stabilized. The witnesses seem very credible.

I'm glad he was there to offer the girl comfort and to inspire the other witnesses and workers.

I've worked more than 100 motor vehicle accidents in rural Missouri and you get tunnel vision. You are focused on the patient - if there's a road block it's being handled by law enforcement or people that you don't even know are there.

The "mystery priest" just happens to show up with his ritual equipment and his priestly vestments at 9:00 am on a Sunday morning! That is highly not-unusual.

It's a Sunday morning. A priest happens across an accident scene and gets out to offer comfort as he's driving to perform Mass. He's likely a priest that goes from church to church as rural churches rarely have their own clergy. Or he's on his way to a 10:00 service somewhere.

No one sees him arrive and no one sees him leave... but as a former medic I can tell you that you don't notice who comes or goes unless they are bleeding. Every else is just background noise.
