I love this ride, except it is not one for me to do first thing in the morning - something with my equilibrium again. And I really like the new music! After Space, it was on to MH and then to FL. We rode Peter Pan first, as we all have special place in our heart for that story. Nick and David watched that video over and over from the time they were 3 until about 6! Nick loved all things pirate for a long time. We did all FL rides except for Storybook Canal Boats. At 8:00, Kirk went and got FP's for Splash, Indy, Space, Autopia, and BTMRR while the kids did Space again. I had my 8:00 am Dole Whip and others got frozen lemonade a little later. This was the day that ended up being 97 degrees so something cold that early was definitely refreshing! We rode erverything we had FP's for, and did Pooh as well. We left DL at 11:30 to go back to PPH for a swim. And a poolside Mai Tai for me . Mary and I took a taxi to Food 4 Less and got bottled water, soda, beer, milk, and snacks. We had the driver wait for us, so we RAN through that store tossing stuff in the cart. We felt like we were contestants on that old show, Supermarket Sweep! The taxi ended up only costing us $10.00, which was as cheap as (and easier) than trying to order at Albertsons.com and having to wait around for delivery. After everyone had sufficient pool time, we had sandwiches in our rooms, then shopped a bit in DTD and then to DCA for GRR, MM, Jelly Fish, Screamin, and Soarin. All were walk-ons, but we grabbed FP's in case we needed them later. We got a great spot to watch the MSEP at the ice cream place on the corner by Taste Pilots. The kids went of to TOT and met up with us afterwards. We had dinner there (Taste Pilots for some of us, and ice cream for others) and eagery anticipated the parade. We were not thrilled when a family of 6 large people stood right in front of us just as the parade began to pass by. I actually yelled "Hey, we can't see anything!" to them, and a couple of them stared back at me with blank faces, and moved a few inches. It was very disappointing and frustrating, because they just showed up at the last minute and we had been waiting a long time there. And they easily could have stood behind us and seen everything just fine, because we were sitting. Oh well, even with a semi-obstructed view, that parade is awesome! Whe the parade ended, we went with the masses to DL and used our FP's for Buzz and Indy, but the place was so packed, we got Dole Whips (2nd one that day for me) and took our tired feet back to the hotel. I think I was asleep before my head actually hit the pillow! Tomorrow is EE again, and lunch res. at Rainforest Cafe.

Now, not to sound rude, but this wasn't the smallest family either. Once the lights all went out and the parade music started, the two kids jumped up, knocked over a water bottle I had sitting down, and stood right in front on me and my ex. We waited a few minutes for them to move, but it never happened. We could hear the family behind us talking to themselves about how they couldn't see either, and they had small children with them. And when we asked the parents to ask them to sit down, the mother told me to mind my own business. We just left and watched the parade the next night. I swear, are people clueless?

He couldn't get to me and a man standing over me wanted the spot next to me where an autistic teenager was trying to hold his Mom's spot who had left to take a little sister to the restroom. I wouldn't let this bully take this autistic childs place and this guy was standing over me screaming at me and I did think that he was going to hit me. When my DH screamed for security CMs sprang out of nowhere and got this guy and his equally rude wife out of the park! Good thing that the CMs got the "trash" out of there before my DH got close enough to take out the "trash" himself!
