At least they played some nice music from the attractions. I called this morning at 8:02 and got through after ten minutes. By the way, I made reservations for the Blue Bayou on Monday Nov 28th, but all the opening slots at 11:30 are already filled. Sounds like it's going to be busy.

For all I know, the service center was closed ... Now, this certainly is not the norm, but it made me wish they would do the simple thing of giving you an estimated wait. If, at the beginning, they had said "Your call will be answered in approximately 180 minutes" I would have hung up right then!
