As a Californian used to dry heat I can say it made for some humid days, but all the lines are indoors. Anyhow, there is a reason this is the off season and there is a reason you get free dining now. For some reason the rain always started at 4pm when were there. The days were generally overcast. Not the best sunny days I guess, but the price was right.
