Lets talk about the changes coming over the next few years.

    1) The loss of a 1500 seat arena loses an atraction and a way to keep the area around it less crowded.

    2) My first impression of UP...it is very reminiscent of how certain areas of DCA use to look like before the remodel. The centerpiece tower really reminds me of it.

I'm curious as to where Minion land will be. I know T2:3D is closed and the Streets of the World is in prime need of being something else.

With all these themed lands coming to USH, it is a bit sad that they are losing the behind-the-scenes aspect that they use to offer. One of the joys of going to USH when I was a kid was seeing shows like the Screen Test Comedy Theatre, the Western Stunt Show, and the SFX stage.

My guess is the streets of the world will disappear to make walking space. The upper lot is crowed with junk right now like the Flintstones carnival that it would be good to see that stuff turned into the Simpsons. At least it will match the rest of the area.

I know. I was being nostalgic.

That whole Flintones carnival thing was an eyesore including the overlay on the River Princess quick serve.

I haven't been to USH in 13 years and haven't seen the area around the Simpsons. Doe the stretch from the Simpsons toward the tram have a Springfield overlay?

There really should be an official term for the look and feel of the visual salad that is USH.

And has there been any word of what's going to happen to the existing F&F area, with the dancing cars-on-a-stick?
