We went in April of this year just 1 week before the big party and Oh my we were really surpised how busy it all was. There were 30 to 40 people waiting in line on a Wed. to check into the DL Hotel. But we were there also the last week in Sept. and it was not to bad other than Friday night. I think that Jan or Feb would be good. But maybe someone else may know more than me. I like to go when it's slow, but I actually manage pretty well in crowds, we were in Disney World in August, so anything less than that will make me happy. You just start to get caught up in finding the slowest time possible.
