    For anyone on right now...

If I'm flying in this Sunday am (8:30am) and out on Thurs night (9pm flight), and the fares are identical and Super Shuttle is virtually so...

Which airport should I fly into -- LAX or Ontario? Which is going to be fastest from the airport to DLR, and have the least traffic on Thurs. early evening.

I've got a SW Ding fare that's available for only a couple of hours so I need to decide.

Thanks so much for any help!
    Diane

But the best bet is to rent a car from with Hotwire.com or Priceline.com, they are about the same distance from the DLR...

As for SuperShuttle, I am not a fan of it, but LAX has a better chance of getting to the DLR faster, as Ontario is slower, and you have a much higher chance of dropping off one or more groups (geting off the freeway to someone's home) before making it to the DLR, instead of an entire group going to the DLR area.

Well... giggle, giggle ... we decided to splurge. The Super Shuttle rate was $65 each way for the 4 of us, so $130 RT (plus tip). Just for ducks, I decided to price limos. And I can get a stretch limo for $199 RT (plus tip). Well, my 7 yr old hasn't been on a plane since he was 9 mos. old, and neither have ever even been near a limo. And for the 45 min- 1 hr drive, I thought ...

WHAT THE HECK! Hubby even said go for it! So, we be travelin in STYLE!

36 more hours and we're boardin...

    da plane! da plane!

(Gosh, that sounds selfish of me in the context, but hopefully you understand what I mean).

But it didn't, and now if I can just get the 397 things on my to-do list done between now and 5:30am Saturday (when we leave for the airport) and excluding work hours tomorrow....

Oh well... who needs sleep when you're GOING TO DISNEYLAND!

OK, after me... I haven't quite got him to the Happy Dance stage yet. ;-)
