Kids are almost 6 and 10. I tried to find info out about the Holiday Tour but the CM says they don't have it.
Has anyone done the Welcome Tour? Do you know where the parade seating is? I guess what parade depends on the time of the tour. If I pick the last tour, do we get preferred seating for the fireworks then? Thanks again for helping me with our vacation!

I read all the past posts and the report of the tours but no one seems certain about the seating. It was at the Hub but got moved to the train station platform but with the Christmas tree, it would have to be moved again I think for the fireworks viewing.

Any guesses where it would be? Anyone take the tour? Gosh, I wonder why Disney doesn't just sell tickets to the parades and fireworks. They do it for Fantasmic. DH would pay-lol. Any thoughts or ideas would be great!

The location you were describing sounds like it was for the fireworks seating for the 50th tour, but the parade seating, as reported before so may have changed, was by the Matterhorn, I believe. The 50th tour runs 4 times a day: the 1st one has no special seating but rides more rides, the 2nd and 3rd have parade viewing, and the 4th has fireworks viewing. I'm sure more people will chip in with more info.

Receive a pin trading lanyard with two trading pins for each ticketed Guest.

Tour Length: Tours are approximately 2 1/2 hours.

    Price Info: $25 per person"

DH says he'd gladly pay for the parade seats for the 4 of us and I said I'll get the new Disney Visa and get 20%off that price but we want to know where we would be sitting if we are going to do that-lol. (Oh, getting the visa anyway just for the stroller option!) If anyone else knows about this tour or a cheaper way of getting parade or fireworks seats, please let me know. Thanks.

We got a free sample of candy at the candy store in Disneyland. It would be a good tour for someone who has never used Fastpass as the CM explains the system (although I had to explain the "disconnected" machines, lol, the CM didn't know what I was talking about!)

The tour description on the web site is actually wrong, though.
I also thought that we could get a priority seating for a parade, but they only offer it for the Aladdin Show (which was great,we were on the VIP list and were the first people let in).
They also were not going to give us our pins and lanyard(CM said they were no longer included in the package) but I insisted as I had already promised this to my daughter. The CM reluctantly gave us the pins and was really snotty about it.
I wrote to Disneyland when I got home about changing the description on the website, but I see they haven't.
We only paid $20 with the discount, so I think it was worth it.
