The best I can recall is at DL, when after the DCA fiasco they dropped the PAP from $299 to $199 ... in essence giving you DCA for free. At WDW, even less ... in 2001 they added 100 free days to renewals under the 100 Years of Magic umbrella but it really was to stimulate visits in the post 9/11 world.
