But if you "Win" a dream on a slow day, you should get the same benefit as if you won it on a busy day, and why the Dream FP's are good any day this year.

The Dream FP's has no time on it, so you can use it to enter the FP queue anytime of the day, and since it is not related to your "ticket", you can still collect regular FP's. The "Dream Fastpasses" are about half the eligible prizes in the contest. (426,028 in 2008).
