It's funny that even with all the not so great/positive stuff that goes on @ WDW @ the end of the day I'ld rather be there than most any where else(now I did say "most"). I still get that little chill when we get of the plane and head to transportation. And going thru the gates brings on a smile. I get excited when we pull up to the hotel and I still can't wait to get to DtD as that has always been our arrival day routine. The second thing I did after opening the envelope was call my son to see if they received theirs. He's checking and will call back. Yes I'm still a goofball but of course that's what makes me such a good grandma and makes me so much fun! I hope I never lose the ability to laugh @ myself. This isn't really ground breaking news but just me enjoying one of the simpler things in life. So I decided to share it with a "few" friends that I knew would understand.

Man what a perfect time to be going, the Christmas season. I could easily spend 2 days just going around to the different resorts looking at all the decorations. I know you, and your family will have a blast. Yes, even with all the things I think are wrong with WDW right now, there are few places I would rather be. Especially at Christmas time.

I got my AP renewal voucher in the mail a few weeks back - and while I had been procrastinating on the next trip- started to work on it now.

You guessed it. Pooh's playground in all it's glory. I knew I would finally get a first hand look @ it while the others enjoyed some rides. Well to my joy & disappointment they won't be going. My daughter found out she is having another in early spring. They decided not to go due to many factors. Of course we will all go later. So looks like I won't be venturing in just yet. As much as I enjoyed taking my kids I can't wait to take the grands. Things are much more relaxed in general with age(thank goodness). It's amazing that everything they say is true about grandchildren. I'm so much more comfortable because I DO pretty much know the answers to most of the "what if's" that come with child rearing. I can't wait till I get to see my wee one's face when he walks thru the gates of MK(I know, but he's a baby he doesn't know how it used to be)for the 1st time. But yes I'm excited to go. After all a bad day @ WDW is better than a good day in the ER. Not more fullfilling but definately better!

It really is a very nice little playground, and most of the kids seem to love it. The only problem is the location. They chose to stick it where 20K was. You may not have even been a fan of the ride, but the area was visually stunning. Had they placed it over in Mickey's Toon Town Fair I think no one would have complained. Anyway you'll have a visit to WDW with two Grand-Kids on a trip in the near future. Seeing their little faces light up in awe will be well worth every penny spent. The real beauty is you get to give them back to the parents most nights. Now that's something to look forward to!

In Toon Town I still would like to have seen a better effort than this, but it would be where it belongs
