I'd say it was a one shot cameo apperance much like the other referenced to the Disney Theme Parks in other Disney Animated Features.

Don't From the pieces I'[ve seen, most of it doesn't have Tomorrowland architecture but Space Mountain and the Rocket Jets are there. I expect to see more than just that one shot of them though. Certainly a "poke you in the ribs" joke line or two- I mean we can't make animated films without in jokes can we?
