Ultimately your doctor will be the best judge of what you can and cannot do.
You really should talk to them first. I'm assuming you are not too far along. I really don't think Soarin' would be a problem. It's not rough and you wouldn't hit the restraint. I would be careful with rides with lap restraints where you may run into the restraint with your belly.

I went to WDW when I was just starting my second trimester and rode pretty much everything out there, but I did clear everything with my OB/GYN first. Some problems you may run into that you haven't before. You may be more prone to motion sickness and you may have problems standing for long periods of time.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND HAVE FUN!

I am in the I rode everything catagory. The daughter that resulted after those rides has ridden everything while pregnant. She chose the top of the Maliboomer to inform us of her first pregnancy.

So my advice is use your own judgement and conscience. If you are really concerned ask your doctor or midwife. I would definately NOT avoid Soarin'.

Granted that the ride isn't as intense as say the Maliboomer, but she said that it was enough to cause concern. Overall, I avoided Matterhorn (possible abrupt stops, and lots of jolty bumps), Splash, Space Mountain, Big Thunder, and Indy. My motto is better safe than sorry.

On a positive note, not going on those rides helped me to experience Disneyland in a different, but very nice way. Instead of rushing from one ride to the next, I was able to sit back, RELAX, and really take in all the extras Disney has to offer. Enjoying Ice Cream on Main Street, enjoying the colors, music, and sounds delighted me. Also re-connecting with the not-so-thrilling rides, but IMO just as enjoyable, such as all the Fantasyland rides, Small World, Buzz, The Train, Jungle Cruise, Mark twain, Columbia, Tom Sawyers Island. I still went on Haunted Mansion and Pirates, although Pirates has 2 drops, they were short. Also, don't forget about Tiki Room :) Just use your best judgement...someone once said to ask yourself, "Would I allow my baby on this ride?" in terms of safety, and apply that to your pregnancy visit at DL.

Since we had my then-2 1/2 -year old, we just did all the mild rides for her. :)

    Oh, and CONGRATS!!!!!!

Exactly what I was going to say.

If you have any doubt about an attraction, avoid it.

I don't think that experiencing a three-minute attraction (that you've probably already experienced) would be worth the anxiety that it might cause. Or, God forbid, the self-questioning that might result if something went wrong with the pregnancy. You'll have a chance to experience those attractions another time.

And, as others have said... Congratulations! And enjoy the gentle pleasures of the Park!

That's what my wife did both times and things turned out fine...both times.

    And congratulations!
