Man, if you think DCA is fantastic, you GOTTA come and check out DisneySea!! ;D Sorry, bro. I can't support your love for WDSP. I really can not. It seems too cheap all around, though I'm sure there are a few cool attractions (very similar to Hong Kong Disneyland...though I actually think that WDSP must be a tad worse). However, I am jealous of your Disneyland in Paris...DEFINITELY the most beautiful and elaborate of them all! If Paris is the high end, Hong Kong is definitely bottom of the barrel!!!!!!!!

BUT, that's probably ONLY because I've been to all the Florida parks dozens of times and DCA only twice (2 days in a row) so I would like to check it out some more. BUT, if I were to be seeing (or better, recommending) any of the parks for the first time...no way. I would recommend all the Florida parks over DCA without question. The only possible exception would be MGM, which I feel is fairly comparable, but MGM would still win in the long run. I would also recommend both Universal parks AND SeaWorld in Orlando over DCA, no question. BUT, I would certainly recommend DCA over Hong Kong Disneyland, considering that park is so pathetic, small, and has virtually no attractions. Sure, even DCA wins there! I'm not sure, but WDSP just might have the edge on HKDL as well...both seem equally cheap and charmless! Sorry for the negative opinion, but I'm definitely speaking honestly here.

But the attractions at WDSP are excellent, and we enjoy our time there more than MGM (though MGM is nicer on the eyes). And DCA to me is better than MK or MGM. DLP is awesome (though I still prefer the original DL), but the cast member and guest behaviour, coupled with the weather and some modern design issues really drag the place down: http://forum.mousekingdom.com/ dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=3&topic_id=71329&mode=full&page=

But, just to let you know, no I didn't 'love' it, far from it actually (and I went to the park TWO days--yep, its true Mr. X, more on that later). But, it wasn't the worst park I been too either, far from that too . That's probably all you need lol, but don't worry, I will be giving specific details what was good and what wasn't. See you soon.

I have no reason to doubt you! And, THAT would probably be the one small reason that WDSP MIGHT be slightly better than HKDL. However, you MUST admit that the park ITSELF is without charm. It seems an awfully barren place, to me. Granted, I've only seen pictures. As for HKDL, it's really BEAUTIFUL, for what it is. The mountains add a lot. BUT, for a Magic Kingdom it's tragically low on attractions, and even more tragically low on charming little "ins and outs". I mean, only THREE lands (sorry, Main Street doesn't count)...and two of them are nothing more than a spot of ground with 3-4 attractions around them! Adventureland is only SLIGHTLY more elaborate! So, I have to say that HKDL has the dubious distinction of being the THIRD in a line of stinkers!

That coupled with the fact that all the UK theme parks suck eggs big time may temper our view compared to people who can regualrly go to quality parks in Japan, Florida or California.
